What are your standard shipping times?
Most of our pieces are made to order, and it may take up to 2 weeks to craft your jewelry.
Shipping usually takes around 3 weeks from the order date.

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link.
Once your order ships, you’ll get another email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Since each piece is handmade, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at info@fullicestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue.

What if I haven’t received my package?
Please contact us at info@fullicestudio.com if your package hasn’t arrived within 5 weeks of placing your order.
While Fullice isn’t responsible for packages once handed over to the carrier, we’re always glad to reach out to them and help check on your delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After that, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations, as your jewelry will already be in progress. 💫
